Meet Chef Lou Marzelli
(a local character)
who has perfected the art of Gelato making stateside. Lou studied in
Bologna, Italy and has brought Gelato, Sorbetto, and numerous sweet
treats that are home made and totally decadent to NH. The Italian deli also features splendid breakfast, lunch and dinner… home-made and ready to go.
Many recipes have been handed down by Lou's
Mom, the most obnoxious Sicilian you have ever met!
(But the most
amazing cook!)
Visitors delight in the combination of sweet shop, cafe, grocery
items and deli selections.

 The
beautiful flower beds
throughout the harbor are lovingly
cared for and maintained by many dedicated volunteers:
Sunapee Harbor Gardeners.
Be sure to "stop and smell the roses" and inhale the fragrance
of freshly cut grass, as the lawns are manicured to perfection thanks to
attentive details by the Sunapee highway department.
NOTE:
Pets are welcome to visit the Harbor with their owners and we even provide a
dispenser with "poo" bags as it is required that any waste be picked up and
disposed in a proper receptacle.
