Annual Lake Sunapee Chowder Challenge -
Restaurants and
caterers from throughout the Lake Sunapee region present their "secret
recipes" for public sampling ~ competing in the annual "Chowdah
Challenge". Chowder sampling and judging by attendees, music,
children's activities and more! The best of the best is decided when the votes are
tabulated!
NEW this year...
the Challenge is now expanded to include soups, bisque, stews and
chowders.
The event is hosted by the Sunapee PTO in conjunction with the
Lake Sunapee Region Chamber
of Commerce with
proceeds benefiting the Sunapee PTO.
We continually seek more sponsors and welcome new soup and chowder
masters to join this friendly competition!
